The cottage
is carpeted throughout except for the kitchen and shower room where
vinyl is fitted, the bathroom is fitted with laminated flooring and
the dining/utility room has a varnished floor. |
| All beds have duvets and blankets
provided and a cot and high chair are available on request. Bed
linen and towels are provided at no extra charge. |
| The
cottage is
fully electric with bathroom wall heater, shaver sockets and night
storage heaters. All electricity
charges are included in the rent. |
| Adjacent
to the house there is a fuel store. 2
bags of coal and 4 bags of logs are included in the rent.

can accommodate a maximum of six people, and is laid out as follows:-
